Redwood UI: "To" field missing from "Log an Email" Smart Action drawer on Inventory object

Issue Description:

We are experiencing an issue where the "To" (recipient) field is no longer appearing in the Log an Email slide-out panel on the Inventory object page. Currently, the drawer only displays the Subject and Message Content fields.

Business Impact:

Our team relies on this function to notify Member Services staff whenever a new member is onboarded at their club. Without the "To" field available, users cannot specify or confirm the intended email recipient when logging or sending emails from an Inventory record.
