Appearance Themes: Classic Theme turning to default after Redwood

Hello Experts

We have a Classic theme which is aligned with our internal branding. Recently, we ‘re seeing the page reverting to another classic page (which is not in use) time to time. So, just wanted to understand if we can continue to use Classic themes without interruption and if this issue can be resolved. Any input is highlight appreciated.

Also, if it is recommended to use Redwood themes going forward.
