System Calculated Rating Not Working with Decimal Rating Levels

We are currently investigating an issue with System Calculated Ratings in a Performance Document and would appreciate your guidance.

During our testing, we observed that the behavior appears to be related to the Rating Model being used.

Working Scenario

We have a Rating Model with rating levels such as:

1.00
1.25
1.50
1.75
...
5.00

When this rating model is associated with the Performance Document, the System Calculated Rating displays and calculates correctly. For example, values such as 4.75 and 4.88 are shown as expected.

Issue Scenario

We then tested another Rating Model using values such as:
