Requested feedback and Performance document -Requirement

Hi

I have client requirement -Requested feedback and Performance document

Employee should be able only Feedback summary and not "Requested Feedback" given on him

Only when the Performance Document is marked as Complete and shared to employee by the Manager- the employee should be able to see "Requested Feedbacks" given on him.

Any one has done anything similar , is it achievable ?

any leads will be appreciated.
