Performance Document Redwood Page - Option to add Attachment in each Performance Goals

Summary:

Currently in Performance Document Redwood Page, there is an Attachments section at the end.

We are looking to add attachments for each performance goal part of a goal plan present in a performance document. We have set the page property - Show Performance Goal Attachments Option to true but the option to add Attachments is not visible under the individual goal or in the Show performance goal info Drawer.
