AI in Performance and Development Goals – Data sources and inputs

Hi everyone,

we have enabled the AI functionality in Performance and Development Goals, and we would like to better understand how the AI-generated goal description is created.

When we enter the goal name, the AI automatically generates a description. The output is quite qualitative, and we are trying to understand what data or information Oracle uses as a basis for generating this content.

Does anyone know which data sources, fields, or other inputs are considered by the AI when generating the goal description?

Any information or documentation on this would be greatly appreciated.
