Peer Review by Employees

Hello,

We have a requirement that Line Manager can request feedback on the performance document to another peer and that peer might just have the employee role. We have added the required privileges for the employees to provide the peer review feedback (under feedback center) for other employees. The employees would be providing feedback on the actual performance documents. In order to see the performance documents of other workers, we have to give the below security profile:
