All-in-One Evaluations - Support for Custom Calculated Column or Embedded Report in Guided Journey

We are evaluating options for providing managers with visibility of the next evaluation due date within the Redwood All-in-One Evaluations page.
Our requirement is based on displaying a date derived from the employee's last completed evaluation date, for example:
- Last Evaluation Completion Date + 12 Months
- Last Evaluation Completion Date + 24 Months

We would appreciate guidance on the following:

Option 1: Custom Column on All-in-One Evaluations
Is it currently supported to add a custom column to the Redwood All-in-One Evaluations page that displays a calculated value?
Specifically:
1. Can a Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) be exposed as an additional column on the All-in-One Evaluations grid?
