How can I make the Closed date parameter mandatory in ESS Job Mass Close Work Order?

Summary: At my current project we have the requirement to make the Closed Date parameter mandatory for the ESS job 'Mass Close Work Orders'. I checked under the task 'Manage Enterprise Scheduler Job Definitions and Job Sets for Financial, Supply Chain Management, and Related Applications' but the standard parameters are not availabel on that page to make any change or update. Also I tried by creating a duplicate ESS job but the standard parameters were not appearing in the duplicate ESS job as well.
