Shift Job Family details not displaying in Time Card

Shift Job Family detail is not displaying in the time card. Can someone help us to find the root cause?

Steps Followed:

1. Enabled Shift Job Family in Time card entry layout
2. Ensure Workforce Scheduling data exists
3. Captured Time through Web clock
4. Ran "Generate Time Cards from Time Collection Devices" ESS job.
5. Navigate to Me>Time and Absence> Current Time card

Expected: Shift Job Family details should be populated.

Actual : Not displaying any value in the field.
