Feasibility to assign multiple Legal Entities to a Goal Library Goal

Summary:

We are looking for guidance on Goal Library security and visibility across multiple Legal Entities.

Current Setup

  • Our Goal Library (Performance Goals and Development Goals) is enabled for our entire workforce across 5+ Legal Entities.
  • We recently completed an acquisition, and the acquired company will be brought into Oracle under a new Legal Entity.
  • The acquired company has its own set of library goals that should only be visible to employees within that Legal Entity.

Testing Results

  • We successfully configured Goal Library Goals for the new Legal Entity by assigning the Legal Entity on the library goal.
  • However, we found that employees in the new Legal Entity can see:
