How to re-label subheaders in the New Goal and Edit Goal page?

Summary:

We have a requirement to change the labels on the "New Goal/ Add Goal" page in the Goals Center. We were able to change the sentences to update with another label, now we need to be able to change the subheader help text. Instead of "start writing a clear and concise goal name here" we need to change the word "goal" for "objective" since we are now replacing goal with objective. This is a similar situation for the subsequent fields on the Add and Edit goal pages.
