XML generation issue during outbound

We are experiencing an intermittent issue with a daily scheduled job that executes at 9:30 PM. The purpose of this job is to update the order status from Locked to Unlocked and trigger an outbound transmission via the order_oic_lock integration.

During execution, we frequently observe a backup in the transmission queue and not creating the transmission; however, manually reprocessing these failed transmissions resolves the backlog.
