Check if for all items on a work order enough onhand quantity is in the supply subinventory

Below are the two requirements we need support on:

Requirement #1 -- Business should be able to see for all items on the work order, if sufficient on hand is present in supply subinventory-- yes or no---

Requirement #2 : this work order--- should only pickup material from one particular subinventory --- right now as I see, the system reserves and/or picks material from whichever subinventory the material/component is present in, we need to restrict it to just one subinventory, because as a business process the business is going to be taking material just from one particular subinventory. Right now the system picks up from any subinventory the material is present in, be it any subinventory within the org.
