Can we add Absence Entries from Calculated Time?

Hello everyone,

Is it possible with time calculation rules to add absence entries after processing time cards (save/submit/approve)? For example, if an employee punches in late, they must receive a penalty as a deduction/absence. We want this absence to be recorded so that deduction takes effect.
