A location deleted from the Manage Geographies is still appearing in the Authorization.

Summary:

We had created a City in the Manage Geographies and then later deleted it from the Manage Geographies. Now the Location has disappeared from the Expense Report while it is still visible in the Authorization. Please note that the schedule process " Synchronize Financials Objects for Database Search" has already run and completed successfully.
