goal center not visible in development role

Hi everyone, we are encountering an issue with a development role.
The role in question should be able to see the "Goal Center" task but should only be able to edit and select development goals.

We have assigned the following privileges to the role:

View Development Goal, Share Development Goals, Manage Development Goal, Delete Development Goals, Copy Development Goals, Assign Development Goals.

We have assigned the following roles to it:

Manage Development Goal by HR, View Development Goal by HR.

Despite this, I am unable to view the "Goal Center" task.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
