Are there any rules or policies we can use for work patterns?

Hello everyone,

Say we have a requirement to have grace periods for each of the start and end time of the shift or we have a requirement that not all work patterns or shifts have employees to earn exceptional overtime, or to specify that employees earn transportation. Is there a way to implement these mentioned? Currently we can specify the breaking hours and start and end times of the shift, but there are no descriptive flexfields or just any extra field we can use for flexibility to add said requirements so that time calculations and other related rules would apply.
