How to default BuyingPartyContactId base on the ship to address ?

Summary:

Since fusion will default the primary contact to ship to and sold to contact , I would like to override it using the OM extension

Is it possible to use the ship to address selected in sales order header, get the corresponding customer master ship to address contact , then default to the BuyingPartyContactId ?
