Redwood-Inconsistent Behavior of Move Forward/Backward Tasks in Performance Document Admin Pages

Summary:

We are experiencing intermittent and inconsistent behavior with the Move Forward and Move Backward tasks on the Performance Document Admin pages.

  • Sometimes the tasks work as expected; other times they do not
  • All relevant filters have been confirmed to be correctly selected (Review Period,Employee Name,Performance Document Name,Current Task, Document Status etc)
  • The behavior is inconsistent and difficult to replicate, making it challenging to open an SR with reproducible steps

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any insights or workarounds would be greatly appreciated.
