Lead Contact Preference Not Auto Populating for “OK to Email”

Hi Oracle Community,
When creating a Lead and selecting a Primary Contact, the Contact Preference is populated correctly for values such as None and Do Not Email. However, when the Primary Contact's preference is OK to Email, the Lead's Contact Preference is populated as None instead of OK to Email.
Could anyone please advise why OK to Email is not being populated correctly and how this can be resolved?
