Extended Warranty Subscriptions billing from OM

Summary:

Case: Create Sales Order with Extended Warranty item, create subscription from it but bill from Order Management. No billing from OSM.
Is this possible?
Note: termination/amendment also will be done from OM and then if applicable, credit memo should also be created from OM.
