Why Supply Work Order Date Earlier Than Sales Order Date? How to Resolve

We need assistance with an issue where the Supply Order Work Order start date/time is earlier than the Sales Order date/time.

Example:

• Sales Order: 03-Aug-2026 10:07 AM Adelaide time
• Supply Work Order: 31-Jul-2026 11:42 PM Adelaide time

We have noticed the following pattern:

• When a Sales Order is created before approximately 9:30 AM Adelaide time, the Work Order start date may be backdated.
• After 9:30 AM Adelaide time, the system appears to work correctly throughout normal business hours, approximately until 6:00 PM.
• The exact time when the issue starts is unknown, as it may occur outside business hours.
