Accrual Plan End Date Remains Unchanged After Termination Date Modification

HI,

When an employee is terminated, the Accrual Plan end date is updated based on the termination date. However, if the termination date is subsequently extended/changed, the Accrual Plan end date remains unchanged.

Is this the expected system behavior? If yes, is there any workaround available other than reversing and reprocessing the termination? In our case, reversing the termination is not a feasible option due to downstream dependencies and impacts.
