Transaction Item Sales Account is empty

Summary: I want to derive segment4 from receivables line Item COGS account. I populated the warehouse at the line level and COGS account for the item. However when I use the source "Transaction Item Sales Account" in SLA, it does not return any value. Also the view AR_INVENTORY_L_V is empty due to which there is no value in the sales account. Any option on how to achieve this
