Issue with HCM Group Refresh Not Picking Members correctly

Hi,

We are on Oracle Fusion Time and Labor . One of our HCM groups is scheduled with the Evaluate Group Membership process, As of run date, running every 12 hours, daily. We are seeing two issues with the same group.

Issue 1: members picked up a day late
A person with a start date of 10/04/2026 is not added when the group runs on 10/04. They are only added on the 10/05 run. As a result, the person's start date shows 10/04/2026 but the group membership start date shows 10/05/2026. When we are refreshing the group manually with 10/04/2026 it correcting is again.

Issue 2: members removed on the next scheduled run
