Redwood OM dependent EFF valueset list empty because :{VALUESET} bind isn't passed(works in Classic)
Summary:
On the Redwood Order Management page (Return Lines), a dependent list on a fulfillment line extensible flexfield segment returns no values. The same setup works in the Classic UI. Browser network tracing shows Redwood sends only one of the two bind values the value set needs.
