Hello Experts,

We are working with Oracle Fusion Service Redwood pages and attempting to retrieve Service Request field values from a VBS Action Chain.

Requirement

Our goal is to access field values on the Service Request Details page so that we can implement additional conditional logic within our custom action chains.
