We have a requirement in Oracle Fusion Service (Redwood UI) to prevent users from modifying the Problem Description after a Service Request has been created.

Business Requirement

• During Service Request creation, users should be able to enter the Problem Description.
• After the Service Request is created and saved, the Problem Description should become read-only.
