How to Prevent Users from Updating or Deleting Attachments After Service Request Creation?

Hello Experts,

We are implementing a requirement in Oracle Fusion Service (Redwood UI) where users should be able to add attachments to a Service Request, but should not be able to modify or delete attachments that have already been uploaded.

Business Requirement

After a Service Request is created:

• Users should be able to add new attachments at any time.
• Users should not be able to update or replace existing attachments.
• Users should not be able to delete existing attachments
