Edit Submitted Evaluation Cannot Be Submitted during calibration

Hi everyone,

I would like to report a suspected issue with the calibration process (using compensation module) and manager evaluation updates.

I have the following issue:

-A performance document has been completed through employee self-evaluation and manager evaluation.
-The calibration plan cycle has been started.
-A data refresh has been performed.
-The Calibration Status has been set to IN REVIEW to keep Summary Evaluations locked, allow the Final Summary Evaluation to be updated according to the calibrated rating, and enable managers to modify individual item ratings so that they align with the calibrated Final Summary Evaluation.
