Resource Hierarchy of team and Visual Icons of Team members in Dispatch Console Resource Tree

Summary:

Hello,

We have a business requirement from our client related to the Resource Tree in Oracle Fusion Field Service Dispatch Console.

The client would like dispatchers to easily identify Team Leaders and their associated team members within the Resource Tree. Ideally, they would like to see a hierarchy where:

• Team Leader appears as the parent resource
• Team Members appear underneath the Team Leader

We would like to understand whether there is any out-of-the-box functionality or recommended configuration that supports this type of hierarchy in the Dispatch Console Resource Tree.

If this is not possible, we are exploring alternative options. One idea was to visually distinguish Team Leaders and Assisting Resources using different icons displayed next to the resource name. Another idea was to include identifiers in resource names.
