Asset Hierarchies Redwood page is not displaying Physical Hierarchy's children

We just enabled Asset Hierarchies Redwood page in Oracle fusion maintenance cloud's 26c Environment. The environment was recently upgraded to 26c from 26b as well. For a sample asset that has physical hierarchy and child assets that can be seen from classic assets page, the same hierarchy is not visible in the redwood page, even when navigating to the hierarchy page from Asset Information Management page. The Redwood hierarchy page displays only the selected asset, not its children. Has anyone seen this before and know a solution?
