Job-Based Succession Plan – Ability to Select Specific Incumbents

We are reviewing the standard Oracle Fusion HCM Succession Planning functionality for Job-Based Succession Plans.

In our current understanding, when a Job-Based Succession Plan is created, Oracle associates the plan with the job and the View Incumbents action displays all employees assigned to that job.

Our business requirement is to create a succession plan for only a selected subset of incumbents within a job. For example:

• Job: Senior Consultant
• Total incumbents in the job: 20
• Requirement: Create and manage succession planning for only 5 selected incumbents from that job population.
