How can WO be automatically created in Released status when a Planned Order is released from Plan?

Currently, when a Planned Order is released from a Supply Plan, the corresponding Work Order is automatically created with an Unreleased status by default. Our requirement is for these Work Orders to be automatically created in Released status instead. Please advise if there is a standard configuration, setup option, or supported functionality in Oracle Fusion that can achieve this behavior.
