Default Enrollment: default Waive plan unless enrolled in a specific plan (Medical plan type)
Hello Experts,
We have the below requirement for the upcoming annual enrollment
Requirement
For Annual Enrollment effective 01-Jan-2027, the Medical plan type (maximum 1 plan) has:
- Plans A, B and C, being discontinued
- Plans D, E and F, new plans starting 01-Jan-2027
- A Hawaii plan, for Hawaii employees only (controlled by an eligibility profile)
- A Waive plan, common to both populations
At default enrollment, the expected result is:
- Employees enrolled in Plan A, B or C, or in Waive, or with no election: default to the Waive plan
- Employees enrolled in the Hawaii plan: keep the Hawaii plan's existing configuration, and do not default Waive
