Mass Action Process Not Completing Multiple Performance Documents

in Performance Management

Hi Experts,

We have a scenario in Oracle Performance Management where an employee is able to create multiple Anytime Check-In documents using the same Check-In Template within the same Review Period.

For example:

Employee creates Check-In Document 1 using Template A for Review Period X.
Employee subsequently creates Check-In Document 2 using the same Template A and same Review Period X.
Both Check-In documents are available for the employee and are in progress.

When we use the Mass Action Process for Performance Documents to perform the Close/Complete action, we are observing that only one of the Check-In documents is processed/marked as completed/closed
