What are the possible impacts of employment changes in HR record on Time and Labor?

Summary:

Lately, I've been receiving issues from employees not being able to file on their timecards. Upon checking, the published shift does not appear correctly.

For example:

Start Time: 12am

End Time: 5am

Correct Start Time: 8pm

Correct End Time: 5am

When I checked the HR record for these employees, there were no recent changes on their Work Schedule Assignment except for Employment changes. The dates that they reported with issues in the timecards were also the dates of the employment changes effectivity.

In addition, on the Team Schedule view of the direct line manager, the "arrows" that indicate the pre shift and post shift were not visible like they used to. This observation is consistent with the rest of reported employees with HR updates.
