Fusion GOP - how to ignore second level sourcing during transfer

We have customer requirement to consider secondary warehouse sourcing when primary warehouse does not have enough supply
Eg:
Consider following sourcing rule setup, assigned at category-org:

Sourcing rule Transfer_100
Rank1: Transfer from 102
Rank2: Transfer from 103
Rank3: Transfer from 104

Sourcing rule Transfer 102
Rank1: Transfer from 104
Rank2: Transfer from 105

When we request for an item from Org 100, if there's not enough onhand in 100, as per the sourcing rule, we expect transfer from 102, 103, 104. But we see that we get transfer from 102 which in turn gets transfer from 104, 105.
Is there a way to prevent this 2nd level transfers, please let me know. We want only the onhand supply used from within the sources in Transfer_100 and not nested sources
