My IPSec got deleted without my knowledge and no log

in OCI - General

About 1-2 hours ago, my IPSec are all deleted without any audit log.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

I have been using the IPSec tunnels to backup by instance to on-prem. About 2 hours ago, I start to get notification on IPSec failover event triggered, IPSec down. When I check the IPSec from my on-prem firewall, I see both tunnel are down, and unable to bring it up. Then I log in to OCI S2S page, there is nothing there. It's like IPSec never configured.

Using AI Console ask to look into this, there is no deletion log.
