hire date attribute in Global absence recording in approval rule

Summary:

HI Team,
I have requirement for annual leave approval rule

For new hire whose requestor hire date +Sysdate< 4 month then go for manager L1 approval. If requestor hire date +Sysdate>= 4 month then auto approve.
To implement it I am able to see to the Employee Hire date attribute. Could you please suggest some solution to get Hire date of employee.
