Create referenced Return Order using rest API

Summary:

I want to create an ref RMA with different org.

I tried to read but there is no way creating.

My scenario is: the fulfillment organization in the original sales order is X, but I want to create an RMA where the receiving/fulfillment organization is Y, which is different from the original order. I can create this RMA successfully through the UI. What I need is a sample REST API payload to create the same RMA scenario via API.

Could you guys please provide the correct payload or advise which field should be used to specify organization Y at the RMA line level
