Unable to read or view attachment for some expense report via Print preview with attachments option

Please help address issue when viewing the downloaded attachments via Print preview with attachments option. Since for some expense reports, it's working but for some, it's not and all or some of the pages were just blank. Kindly refer to attached two sample files. Thank you.
