Hide comment field when adding a participant

Hi,

We noticed that when a manager adds a participant to a performance document, Oracle displays a Comments field that allows the manager to enter a note for the participant.

Is there a standard configuration or personalization option that would allow us to hide or disable the Comments field during the participant addition process, while still allowing managers to add participants?
