Saved Search does not apply the Sort Order in Redwood UI

Summary:

I created a Saved Search with selected columns and sort order for my custom object. Upon opening the saved search, the saved search applied the selected columns but not the Saved Sort Order. Tried for few fields, but saved sorting really is not applied when loading the Saved Search. Saved Search works as expected on Classic UI(including the Sort Order) but not in Redwood UI.
