Unable to Hide Add, Delete, Edit button on Job Profile Page

Summary:

Hi Team,

I am trying to provide view-only access to the Job Profile page (My Client Groups → Profiles → Job Profile), where users will not be able to add, delete, or edit any job profiles.
I have also explored the VBCS option, but there are currently no available page properties that meet this requirement. Also I reviewed all the community post, I did not find anything relevant meeting my requirement.

I have tried the following privileges to restrict add, delete, and edit access on the Job Profile page, but they are not working as expected. I am receiving a REST error
