Summary:

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to send the following hazardous material details from the Order Release Line in the rate request sent to our External Rate Engine:

UN/NA Number
Proper Shipping Name
Packaging Group
NOS Technical Name
Packing Instructions
Packing Count

We are currently using an External Rate Engine Field Set, but we have not found any standard rate basis or available field mapping that allows us to pass these hazardous material fields.

We have explored multiple configuration options and performed several tests, but the above details are still not being included in the rate request.

Has anyone successfully passed these hazardous material details to an external rate engine? If so:
