Hi All,

Greetings!

We have the journey defined for the employees for the contract and acceptance for the same.

It includes the tasks along with the e-signature for the acceptance.

When the employee provides the e-signature which is same as the employee name (first name -space -last name) which is same as the display name, the page ends in error

You need to enter the name that matches the name we have in our records (PER-1532291)

We have already checked the setup for Name format and there is NO space after the last name in the setup and there is no space in the data entered anywhere.
