Recovery of Accidentally Deleted Employee Performance Goals

I accidentally deleted performance goals from an employees's Goal Plan in Oracle Fusion HCM. The goals had already been assigned and included progress updates.

Is there a way to restore the deleted goals, including their associated progress and history? If there is no direct restoration option, could you advise whether recovery is possible through audit logs or Oracle support?
