Global Transfer Life Event not triggering (SR 4-0003981954)

Summary:

Starting around September 1st timeframe, Global Transfer events are not getting triggered in the Benefits module. The Global Transfer is processed in Person Management, but nothing happens in Benefits. For the past 6 weeks we have been running a daily report of GT's with no GT Event and loading them nightly via an HDL Load. This was working fine previously,with no changes or updates on our side to the Life Event, the Person Change, or any of the Fast Formulae.

We logged an SR (4-0003981954) and had an OWC today where the Support Engineer advised that after speaking with Development Team, we are the
